Superb central location, versatile rooftop restaurant, luxury amenities in standard rooms
The bathrooms were outdated and cramped, making usage quite uncomfortable!!! Also, poor sound insulation meant outside noise from clubs and aircraft was ever-present, disrupting a restful atmosphere!!!

A Hidden Gem with Stunning Views
Each morning I was greeted by breathtaking views of the harbor from my room. The rooftop restaurant provided the ideal spot to unwind with delicious cocktails while marveling at the sunset.
However, the intermittent WiFi made it quite frustrating to stay connected. I also noticed there were limited breakfast options available, which could use some improvement.

Awesome stay with great views!
Had a fantastic time chilling in the rooftop restaurant. The staff was super friendly and even helped us with cabs. The views from our suite were breathtaking! Just wish the room had a better layout—felt a bit cramped in certain spots. But overall, the experience was top-notch with amazing breakfast options.

The location is phenomenal, just a short walk from the Venetian city walls and the Morosini Lions Fountain. I loved the modern renovation of our room, which enhanced our stay significantly. Just an ideal choice for a stopover in Heraklion with good price-quality ratio. The staff were extremely welcoming and even prepared us a breakfast bag for our early ferry. Make sure to try the chocolate mousse for dessert!
